By accessing or using Code Nexa’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Code Nexa provides online services, including but not limited to:

All services are provided in accordance with the agreed project scope and timelines.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project.
     
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, content, or access.
     
  • Ensure all materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
     
  • Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
     

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due as per the project agreement or invoice.
     
  • Code Nexa reserves the right to suspend work until payments are received.
     
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and PayPal (for international clients).
     

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available separately. Refunds are only issued under the circumstances outlined in that policy.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Code Nexa retains ownership of all intellectual property created prior to or outside of the client project.
     
  • Clients receive ownership or usage rights to delivered materials upon full payment.
     
  • Clients may not redistribute, resell, or use materials for unauthorized purposes.
     

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This includes trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Code Nexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
     
  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the service in question.
     
  • Code Nexa does not guarantee that services will be error-free or uninterrupted, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
     

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
     
  • Clients remain responsible for payments for work completed up to the termination date.
     
  • Upon termination, Code Nexa may withhold access to delivered materials until all dues are cleared.
     

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Islamabad, Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Code Nexa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
